The Mercedes-Benz OM904LA is a high-performance, four-cylinder in-line diesel engine designed for durability, efficiency, and versatile application in commercial vehicles, industrial equipment, and specialty machinery. Featuring a 2.2-liter displacement (2,149 cc) and turbocharged/intercooled air intake, the OM904 LA delivers efficient combustion and optimized power output, with configurations ranging up to 130 kW (175 hp) and 675 Nm of torque, depending on the application.

Engineered with a robust cast-iron cylinder block and forged steel crankshaft, the OM904 LA ensures longevity under demanding operating conditions. Its common rail direct injection (CRDi) system enables precise fuel metering, reducing emissions while enhancing fuel economy.
